    • To send periodic emails - The email address you provide for order processing may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, related product or service information, etc.


  • Shipping & Delivery

  • Little Weedz ships to all 50 states in the United States.  No international shipping is available through our website.  Please contact us via email to make arrangements for international shipping. 

    Shipping fees are non-refundable.  If you purchased an item that included free shipping, upon return, the actual shipping cost of the exchanged item will be charged.   

     The risk or loss or damage and title for all merchandise ordered on this website passes to you when the merchandise is delivered to the “shipping carrier”.  We will gladly assist with tracking information if needed.  Any damage claims need to be reported and resolved by you with the shipping carrier directly.

  • Do's and Don’ts (Policies) 

    Customer Service:  We want happy customers.  Satisfied customers tell others about our company.  But mostly we want you to love our products the first time you place an order.   In order to do that, please ask questions about our products.  Either post your questions on our contact us page or call us at 1 (970) 264-1661.  We can assist you with sizing, fabric content, color, laundering instructions, etc. From our family to yours we want Little Weedz to be your favorite purchase that gives you the best quality, style and value for your money.

    Inventory Availability:  The availability information presented on our site is the most current inventory we have at the time of purchase, but is subject to change.  If for some reason the item is not available at the time of shipment, we will notify you via email offering you other choices or an update on expected availability.

     

    Cancellation Policy:  Once orders are placed they are processed immediately and shipped within a day or so and therefore cannot be cancelled.

     

    Exchanges:  In a growing world we know that changes happen.  We offer exchanges, in the event an item was not as expected.  Perhaps you need a different size, color or style, we are happy to help you with that.  We also know that sometimes Little WeedzTM is a gift and we want to ensure that your special little weed receives what they really want.  Therefore exchanges can be made up to 30 days.  All exchanges are treated as new orders.  Simply order the new item on-line…we’ll process and ship it promptly.  Your account will be credited when we receive your return.

     

    **PLEASE NOTE**

    There is one exception 

    We will exchange seasonal/holiday items for size only within 7 days of receipt of items.  Holiday apparel will not be accepted for returns 10 days before and at any time after the holiday.

    The process:  Please contact our office for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) in order to return any item.  See contact us.  Shipping for the exchanged item is on you.  We cannot accept any COD shipments. Please write the RA# on the outside of the package. The product must be in its original condition, any tags must be intact, unlaundered, etc.  Products not meeting these requirements cannot be exchanged.  To ensure proper condition upon arrival it’s important that you return the shipment in the manner we shipped it to you originally (bagged in plastic and boxed).  Please include a copy of your invoice so we know who to credit.  We highly suggest you use a service that provides you with a tracking number and is insured.  We don’t want you to be unhappy because your package was lost or damaged in the mail.
